Computer hardware specs to edit 360 video timelapse?

Hi,

I want to improve system performance running Adobe Premiere Pro to edit 360 videos. My system slows down when my son used After Effects with SkyBox Mettle. He used the demo version, but I don't think that affected performance. I think I need to upgrade my computer. In a small test, my son used 440 pictures, each at 5376 x 2688 to make a 15 second test clip. Normal editing of non-timelapse videos is fine. Using system monitor, it doesn't seem like my CPU, memory, or disk is the bottleneck. I suspect that it is system memory. I'm looking for advice on system specs. This is for a hobby at my house. Budget is a consideration. I am new to video editing and do not know much about it.

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
